how we do it
We promise to deliver a thorough, comprehensive experience where you feel comfortable and relaxed. We know that coming to the dental office can cause fear and anxiety, which is why we do everything we can to ensure you are comfortable before coming in. We start by getting to know our new patients over the phone.
We have a unique protocol that aids in evaluating your current dental and medical health. Prior to beginning the exam, we will sit you down to have a conversation, listen, and establish a relationship first in order to understand your long-term goals. You can expect your initial exam to take over one hour, and consist of a full series of digital x-rays, digital photos, and a comprehensive head and neck exam. We will then take you on a “tour of your mouth,” reviewing previous dentistry, discussing current dental and periodontal conditions, and talking about the options available for you. We plan to make you part of the team and the decision making process throughout the entire process.
We have a team of dental hygienists that will cater to you and your periodontal condition. Our hygienist will always spend the necessary time with you so you receive the appropriate periodontal care. Every beautiful smile starts with a healthy foundation.
Once treatment needs have been established, you will have a private conversation with our treatment coordinator to discuss options, financing options, and how to coordinate necessary appointments.
